Registration is quick and easy, taking just 15 minutes. Once registered, you can have secure video consultations to diagnose non-emergency medical issues using your computer or smartphone. This service is available to individuals of all ages and comes with a flat fee, unless you have group benefits coverage. No insurance is required.

The Cone Health Care Anytime app provides virtual care services that cover a wide range of non-emergency conditions. These include allergies, bronchitis, colds and flu, ear pain, fever, migraines, pink eye, rash, sinus infections, sore throat, urinary tract infections (for females 18+), and more.

If you are an Apple Health user, you have the option to share important health information with your provider during your video visit. While sharing Apple Health data is optional, it allows the provider to access heart rate, weight, and other health information that can assist in making a more accurate diagnosis.
